If you sit still with no distractions and let your mind empty of lists and commentary, you will hear the answers to your own questions. So my advice is not of the Ann Landers type, more of a cowgirl type. Cowgirl Advice would be contemplate your heart and what it wants. Once you have that clear in your mind, then move and think toward that place with ease and peace and joy and love.
