You are the creator of your life. It’s ture though no one told you, you’ve had to figure it out on your own probably with a fair amount of misery. Now you know and the good news and the bad is that everything that happens or doesn’t happen is your creation. This very moment is your creation. Sitting here reading this is your creation. Those tight shoulders are your creation. Your contentment is your creation and you can create more of it.
You are an energetic being. The key to your joy is in management of your energy. You can expand. You can contract. Increase this. Decrease that. It’s up to you and the place to start is noticing. Just notice. That’s all. Does your energy feel light? Can you make it lighter?
